Venue needs some refurbishment , damaged furniture and equipment made it awkward for Galina. No headband provided during the facial so ended up with very oily hair, embarrassing as going to lunch after treatment. Massage bed clunked during the massage, not very relaxing but the massage itself was great, just the right amount of pressure. Galina was very friendly but didn’t have the right equipment available for a foot soak at the beginning of the pedicure which I have always had at other venues.

The rooms had been upgraded since our last visit. Or room was spacious clean with new matching furniture. The new year evening gala was excellent. Entertainment the best yet with the great singer and excellent DJ. We want to come back again as the drinks were very reasonable especially between 4pm and 7 pm and the food was of a very high standard. Thankyou.

Awful attitude of staff. Got a phone call 3hours before our treatment reservation they’re unable to accommodate us and if we want to rebook or cancel. It was my partner’s birthday and they ruined the whole surprise day. Didn’t offer any solution and I had nothing planned as back up. The worst attitude of staff. And then during the day 3 more phone calls from the hotel staff asking if we are on the way - clearly they didn’t communicate as they cancel it on is! Following day another phone call!!!!
