Having never had a massage before I wasn't sure quite what to expect! Helena however, really put me and ease and talked through all the options. I found the experience really relaxing and would definately go back again! Helena is very professional and knowledgable and I felt at ease that she knew what she was doing. I would definately recommend her service.

Helena was excellent. She was able to tell me exactly where my problem areas were and gave me exercises to prolong the effects of the massage. Will definitely be back!
