Helena was very professional and welcoming. I had a consultation first and then an hour long pregnancy msssage. I did not feel rushed as I have done before after this kind of treatment and I left feeling extremely relaxed.

I received distant Reiki healing from Helena Underwood. I have had some chronic health issues due to severe lack of B12 and then I contracted shingles. The healing that Helena has sent has been amazing. I can really feel the heat when she is doing it and the sessions have helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend her, and the Centre, for any treatments.
