DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My waxing was the most painful ever (have been waxing over 14 years). The hot wax couldn’t be removed and we had to try 4 even 5 times in certain areas which left my bikini extremely red and sore. When I told the receptionist about my experience very politely, hoping they would at least take in the feedback and apologise, she dismissed it completely and held the pos on my face. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but I am never going back!!!!!
