Never go to Boutique Spa!!! I went to the Queensway one where I was used to go in the last few years for a waxing and this lady - Wanda - when doing a Hollywood waxing she removed my skin creating a big scratch in my intimate area where sensitive skin is!!! With blood coming out!!! I've mentioned many times also that the wax was too hot and she didn't even care. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. There are unqualified people working there.
