The ladies at reception are always very polite and smiley. The beauticians have changed (possibly due to COVID), the lady I had gel pedi with was excellent! The lady I had the gel mani with was ok. She seemed distracted or in a rush, I don’t know. Having mani-pedi at the same time is very practical from a time perspective, very uncomfortable though and the salon need to put together a better setup. I highly recommend the salon, I am a regular, there is room for improvement though
