Very unwelcoming, left me with the cooler on my feet balanced over the edge of the wash basin and the lady went on her break with no care in the world that my legs were aching and feet getting freezing cold unable to move because the dryer would have dropped into the foot bath had I moved. The seat I sat on had dead skin cells which hadn’t been cleaned. The pedicure was good but the experience and atmosphere very unpleasant. No hi no bye no smiles but they were very nice to non coloured customer
