First time having a hollywood wax, i often wax myself at home so I was really nervous to have someone else do it properly for me but Anna made me feel so comfortable and reassured me it was going to be so simple and fine, which it actually was! Pain wise maybe no more than 3/10. Will definitely come back regularly, only if its Anna.
