Staff had masks pulled below their chins while talking meaning they were completely pointless. The lady who did my nails was new so I was patient but the other staff were really rude to her! I felt sorry for her. Also they charge £25 extra to get gel on your acrylics which is extortionate when it’s normally around £10.
