Didnt know how to remove my gel polish and kept blaming it on the polish - filed nails extremely thin and was aggressive

The treatment was ok however they did not have a pedicure chair, i had to sit/recline on a massage bed and this was not comfortable, it took away from the experience and by the end of the 1hr it was uncomfortable.
Then the chair for the manicure, is a bit broken i could not comfortable sit on it for an hour either.
It is disappointing to see that the place is not really being taken care of kept up to standards.I returned a second time only due to the lady being really welcoming and nice.
