Very bad experience, very bad attitude from the manager. Would never recommend to anyone - Iraida is a good professional but she got sick, couldn’t make the appointment and I was left to sort out a prepaid booking that the salon handled very very poorly. It made me feel frustrated, annoyed by their lack of empathy and professionalism when it comes to handling a problematic situation and the manager only made it worse. Book on your own risk through Treatwell, I will never do it again.
