The hairdresser cut my hair too short and of an unflattering shape. Additionally there is a patch on the right which she did not layer like the rest so now I have a thick patch of hair. I could tell at the time I didn't like the haircut as much as what I already had but it wasn't until I went home did I realise how much I didn't like it. The venue was clean and tidy though.

Had the half hour neck, shoulder and back massage and it was very good. Nice ambience clean and professional salon.

Mini Facial was just perfect. Very relaxing and Carita products used were amazing. Extra head-massage was a very pleasant and relaxing surprise
Great quick haircut. Exactly how I wanted it. Hairdresser very careful to cut it exactly how I wanted it and was not in a rush.
