Well organised - phoned me to change to slightly later time as they were running a bit late- better than just been made to wait in reception. Lovely rooms, gorgeous towels for sure! Therapist was very intuitive - whilst enquiring if pressure was ok. Lovely friendly therapist. Thank you. (I do wish you'd group a mini facial with the massage.)

Waxing here is less painful than the one I've had at other locations and it doesn't get irritated afterwards as it's happened to me before. So happy to have found this
