The lady who did the waxing for me was very kind and nice. But overall atmosphere of the staff wasn't really friendly.
It was a much nicer setting than anticipated and great that it's so convenient to get to for those of us that work in canary wharf.

First time I had an haircut in London (just arrived last month) and the haircut was exactly what I was expected.
Good music inside and easy to access.
the staff are professional and friendly. the location was good easy to find. I would definately recommend this place to others.
