Staff was very nice and kind but I was not too happy with the end result because I had plugged my eyebrows myself they were a bit un-even, so also my own fault. I could have said something at the time but was in a rush - but one of my eyebrows did not look very even/ still a bit of a different shape. I think they just need a tiny bit more training and then they're fab. The overall experience was very nice and relaxing however.

The place is very easy to find and right by the water, near restaurants and Canary Wharf :)
Katie done my hair, she was lovely and really listened to me...my highlights looks great and my wedding photos will do too, thanks to her!

The staff was really nice and kept me chatting to me to distract me from the pain. I have been waxing for a while now and this was one of the best waxed I have ever had
I got a carita rejuvenate facial during off peak and the therapist was quite good and also suggested cleanser to use. The scrub was smelly & the dlr train running the background was a bit annoying. The salon is in an excellent location & well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone.
