The salon had a nice feel about it, I've had a couple of massages here now and both have been really good. I would definately reccomend it.
The staff is not really friendly. The salon is really nice and clean, but overprice. They did a good job, but they should be more friendly!!
Edita was fast, efficient which is what I look for in a wax appointment. The location was clean and seemed newly built. I would return.
It was in a beautiful area in Canary Wharf. Location was easy to find. Both Gemma and Edyta were friendly and kind, the massage was great, strong enough, I was totally relaxed after the experience. Highly recommended place.
Overall I had a good experience at Bouton de Rose. It is a nice little Salon and the staff is nice. The ambiente is nice.
Unforatuntately the masseuse did not introduce myself and there was little communication prior to my massge. And event though I mentioned back pain, this wasn't followed up on and the massage started without consultation.
All in all the massage was nice and the customer service was ok.
