I booked and paid through Treatwell for a threading service for a Sunday. Salon advised that it stays closed on sundays. Rescheduled for Saturday evening appointment. Later Salon advised could not attend to me as very busy. They advised they would cancel and refund. It has been more than 3 weeks, no money has been received even after following up twice. Dont want to give bad reviews, neither is it about money but this was wrong on principle from the Salon and even Treatwell booking system.
Unprofessional terrible massage. The specialist was a manicure lady who clearly had a minimal experience in massages. The room wasn’t clean, there was a big bin bag full of rubbish next to a message bed. The lady had a bracelet on her hand that kept touching my face. The blanket that I was covered with was unwashed. Absolutely unpleasant. I requested a refund but the salon never replied back.
It was ok, but given the price- I’d expect a better environment and more choice on colours. No colour sample sticks were shown to me, a nail drill was used for soak off, had to ask for an extra coat of gel- not the best. Better off going two doors down for cheaper.
