Really pleased with my haircut and only took 15-20 mins! No drinks offered but don't think they have the facilities. Sacha was professional and focussed. I'm pleasantly surprised how nice my hair looks with the layers and overall cut. Would recommend but don't expect the extras like drinks, head massage when washing hair, atmosphere etc. Would suggest maybe some strategically placed lighting, friendly smiles for better atmosphere and customer service, thanks
