Had 3 different people working on my hair, and although competent, I am not even sure one of them was the stylist I was booked in with. One was lovely - the other two unprofessional. They asked me if I wanted a drink and then forgot to bring it. The place was not clean or pleasant nor welcoming, When I had my hair rinsed, I had to ask for a towel as the water was running down my neck. They also left the water running while massaging etc, clearly the salon is not environmentally conscious.
