The venue was okay. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment, but had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The staff were okay, but mainly chatted amongst themselves rather than build up any kind of rapport with their clients. My haircut was okay, but I’ve had better cuts and been to better salons.
