Amazing customer service - my root colour wasn't quite right first time around (due to me changing from a different salon to Bows) and as soon as I called up to mention it, I was invited back to have it adjusted for no extra cost, despite my best efforts to pay a bit more. Plenty of tea/coffee, lovely staff and generally a gorgeous little place in a nice area. Thank you, I will definitely be back soon!
