This was a leap of faith. I have been with my previous hair dresser for 8 years but have been feeling like she hadn't really listened the last few times I had been so wanted a change. I was impressed with the reviews for Bows so thought I would try it. The experience is different to my previous 2 hairdressers which were both quite corporate and quite frankly a bit pretentious. I liked how down to earth it was at Bows. I am happy with my treatment and will be going back.

I requested to have vibrant crimson hair I showed references two days in advance after my patch test and yet today I ended up with a darker shade of reddish auburn and in order to fix the colour the manager said it be an additional £25 on top of £50 for original treatment and colour. Thus upon departing
I felt rather deflated in the end. Certainly not wasting my money here again sorry gutted to say the least.

Jane listened to exactly what I wanted and did a gorgeous blow dry on me which I felt really comfortable with and which got loads of comments all day - thank you!
