I requested to have vibrant crimson hair I showed references two days in advance after my patch test and yet today I ended up with a darker shade of reddish auburn and in order to fix the colour the manager said it be an additional £25 on top of £50 for original treatment and colour. Thus upon departing I felt rather deflated in the end. Certainly not wasting my money here again sorry gutted to say the least.

Jane listened to exactly what I wanted and did a gorgeous blow dry on me which I felt really comfortable with and which got loads of comments all day - thank you!
