Jane was great and understood what I wanted, however I still had dye on my scalp/head when I came away. Masks were not worn all of the time (often hanging from ears or down on the chin) and there was a lot of changing seats and sitting very close to other clients. At the end of treatment I had a question about the price (I was happy to pay. I just wanted to clarify) and the manager came over saying that I had picked the wrong thing on the app - it made me feel accused and very uncomfortable

As always the ladies were great, friendly, amazing at what they do and the salon is very covid safe and immaculate! Very happy once again with my hair, thank you to all the girls, you all work fantastically as a team! Got my next visit booked in! Thank you!
