Was disappointed that the staffs was not using masks, masks were hanging down from one ear, I found it extremely difficult to ask them to wear fearing that will come across as rude.They were talking out loud and laughing onto me and I didn’t feel safe.I have used their service precovid and they were good.

It’s probably the worst cut I have ever had. Need to rebook somewhere to fix it. Very poor service and manners.

Went here for the first time for a wash, cut and blow-dry. Jane was very attentive and friendly. She kept referring to the picture I showed her to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Kept asking me how much length was okay to take off. For once I felt like my hair was in safe and trusted hands. Told my friends about this place. Great atmosphere, I will be back for sure
