Jane took time to ensure my hair was styled exactly as I wanted it. She is clearly a perfectionist and I loved the result. Two days later I haven't washed my hair as it looks like it's just been blow dried!

Paid for Sasha but only received the cut from her, someone else put the colour on and blow waved it, she suggested last time I had a colour she would comb through the colour so I mentioned it to the lady who put the colour on was told yes it will be done in last 10 mins, they forgot I had to mention it again so was done hastily and left on for 5 mins, also the colour hasn’t covered all my grey. No heat protection was put on, wasn’t asked which way my parting was also how I wanted it blow waved

Jane was lovely,did a great job with my hair, she easily got what I wanted and finished off blow drying beautiful curls.
