Another lovely experience at Bows! Sacha was wonderful, really taking the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and explaining the process of it all to me. So pleased with my new hair and already had so many compliments, thanks again ladies I'll definitely be back in the new year!

I asked for just below shoulders cut with some layers and desribed that I don’t do much styling so don’t suit sleek straight cuts as I have natural wave. however it was cut very blunt without much style or layers. I am happy with the length but am now needing to go for another cut to get some layers/style put in. I booked cut and blow dry but when I went up to pay was told it was classed as restyle which was £30 rather than £22 I expected to pay. This should have been mentioned before cutting my hair.
