I was quite surprised that my hair was washed before any sort of consultation. I don't think this is a very good way of determining what you want done! It made a little more sense when I realised the hairdresser couldn't speak English and the girl on reception had to translate. I usually ask for advice from my hairdresser and couldn't do that this time. It was quite difficult to explain what I wanted. The cut was fine but she asked if I wanted it blown straight and I said yes but she didn't dry it straight...
I won't be going back but I think it was fair for the price I paid.
Loved loved loved my experience here at Brasil Hair! Cassie the receptionist was very attentive, and friendly! Mayara was my colourist and Cassie helped me explain to her what I wanted and she was really knowledgeable about what she was doing. The balayage is definitely perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again! Thanks girls for a lovely experience!

The staff were wonderful! And the blow out is seriously amazing... Go get your hair cut/dried before a night out... big confidence booster! Thanks ladies!
The service was great and the staff was lovely. I was well looked after and pampered. I'm happy with my pedicure. The only thing they could improve on is getting more colours for their nail varnishes (more OPI or other good brands). That's a small point though. Would highly recommend!
