I thought this would be a big problem because i have afro hair that needs a lot of explanation usually. It was no problem at all. They were patient and very professional and took a lot of time and put in a lot of effort. I left very happy indeed.
I was pleasantly surprised! The place is really nice - almost luxurious. The lovely staff offers you straight tea/biscuits, very smiley, nice and professionnal. What I loved was hearing talking portuguese, they are all brazilian and one girl kindly transmitted to my hairdresser who was amazing - he was very attentive and spot on. Yes what i came for was very basic cut and blow dry but even in some places they manage to disappoint you! Anyway great experience, will go back!
Although limited in English speakers there were enough to translate my needs. The colour was lovely and it's quite possibly the best cut I've ever had! The salon is spotless and the staff friendly. Personally, the lack of English doesn't bother me as I am not a fan of hairdresser small-talk. I will definitely visit this salon again.
Staff generally very friendly. Though as anticipated my stylist had limited English - no a problem for me but there was no chat!
This is an excellent salon and my cut and colour turned out perfect. The staff were so friendly and personable from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be returning.
