This was a really good experience; the staff was friendly and considerate and they took great pains to ensure I was comfortable and happy. I'm pleased with the result. I’ll definitely go back for the same or even another treatment.
I booked the treatment on the same day and there was a bit of a mismatch - the girl who was supposed to work on me was sick. They managed to find someone else instead. THe treatment was well done.
I was surprised that my hairdresser couldn't speak any English BUT he did exactly what I wanted him to do. His colleague translated what I wanted and he had a good feeling for what was a suitable haircut for me. The Keratin Treatment was also very well done. I was, however, not advised not to wash my hair for the next for days or not to have any other treatments for the next two weeks. Luckily, I knew all of this but if it would have been my first time having a Brazilian Blow Dry I'd like to be advised on those things. But overall, it was a good experience and the team is very nice.
