I had a fantastic experience at this salon. The hair stylist, Mayara, listened very carefully to my brief and i am very happy with the results; beautiful blond highlights! The staff are very friendly too, especially Cassia! Thanks
Followed my suggestions well. Slight confusion about what I booked at the beginning and translation needed while the haircut was going on but looked good and all the staff very attentive. Will go back.
My experience wasn't good!!! She cut one side more short than the other side.... Plus she almost couldn't speak English , it's wasn't a problem ... But she was asking all the time to the receptionist to translate ..... Looks like she is haven't experience .....
Very nice manicurist and nice place with friendly staff. Great value for the price, well done manicure and pedicure but they don't have a full pedicure chair etc. yet and use a basin for pedicure instead.
Had a wash cut n blow dry supposed to be an hour and a half-90minutes
Waited nearly an hour for stylist who spoke no English ,to finish with someone else
Then he cut the back of my Bob for about 10 minutes before moving on to the next c l net
Leaving a junior to burn the back of my neck with the drier
Until the manager/rec came over after I objected twice and finished drying my hair
She also cut my fringe but the front layers of my hair were never touched
All in all not a good cut, not worth the time or money,go somewhere else!
