The receptionist, manager and the rest of the staff were very amicable and friendly. There was a language barrier between the manicurist and I but we made it work and my nails got the TLC it needed! She is so cordial and her attention to details is remarkable. I did not know that someone could be that attentive to my nails! I definitely recommend this place and especially the girl who did my treatment... unfortunately I don't remember her name!
Very smart, new looking salon on Essex Road. My appointment was 11:30 and I was kept waiting 10 minutes or so but the lady on the front desk was lovely and took good care to let me know it wouldn't be too long. The young lady who did my mani pedi spoke little English (she like most of the staff is Brasilian) but was very sweet and had a lovely manner about her. Would recommend.
Really nice cut and colour, added in a couple of highlights free of charge and was very understanding when I wanted the colour a bit more toned down. However, felt a little bit tense during the process, at one point the hairdresser was dealing with 2 other clients hair at the same time as doing mine.
Aurelio was the person who treated me to a cut and Brazilian keratin treatment. The staff I found friendly and approachable. I gave it 4 stars because I really wasn't given any after care advice. Would I go back and get it done again? Yes.
Very good brazilian manicure and pedicure. Did not book for french style and being there I changed my mind and had it done and the manager did not charge me the extra that time. In the express option they do your cuticles as well as is the brazilian style (only if you want, I did). I met the owner and the manager and both were lovely, the beautician too but she does not speak English so silence all the treatment (Unless you speak Portuguese). Will come back.
