Great colour at a very good price. Cut not perfect but got the job done. Agree with previous comments - staff should be less pushy in selling protein treatments. Would recommend.

I had a cut and blow dry in the salon. People are very friendly and definitely take their time. I spent two hours there. They do wash the hair very carefully including having the shampoo and conditioner sit on the hair for a long time before rinsing it. They also tried to sell a protein treatment which I did not purchase. Cutting also took its time and we were a bit rushed for the blow dry in the end because the next client was waiting. The salon was getting busier and things appeared to be a bit chaotic then. While the haircut and blow dry were fine, it was nothing special either.
The staff were attentive and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. I was the only customer at the time but I think they would have been just as friendly had it been busy (to refer to an earlier comment). My consultation was with the lady who seemed to be the manager (my stylist was Brazilian with very little English) but I used a photo to show what I wanted and he seemed very proficient and professional so I wasn't worried about any communication problem. Any time I wanted to ask a question he would call over our interpreter and it was relayed, and to be honest it was quite refreshing to not have inane chatter through the whole hair cut, he just got on with it quietly and precisely and taking his time to give me an accurate bob.
I will be going back as I'm trying to grow out a pixie cut to a long bob and am at the half way point. He has made it look stylish in that difficult growing out period and I'm very happy he has a good idea how to get my hair to the long bob successfully whilst giving me a proper hair style during the grow out.
