After a bad experience in other places with Brazilian blow dry, this one was a pleasant surprise. Staff very friendly and a nice environment. The treatment seems to have worked as expected. I am very pleased with the result.
Excellent staff, very helpful and professional. They made sure I was happy with the service. The salon is clean and stylish. My hair dresser was very fast and professional.
Lovely salon close to Islington. The stylist proved to be very experienced and adept at cutting my hair. Would recommend
Salon is centrally located with lovely massage chairs. I was kept waiting and the salon seemed understaffed, but my color turned out great. Everyone was very friendly and would recommend.
I was a bit nervous when I came up to the salon on Essex Road as it looked like a wig shop with dozens of ponytails of different colours hanging in the window - looked like Native American scalpings! I went for a brazillian blow dry which I have no complaints about, but while the staff were very friendly, it was so chaotic. I was left with shampoo on my head for over 10 minutes at the sink because apparently 'I had a yellow scalp and it's very oily' - yup - I don't know what he was talking about, either!! It was starting to burn, I was cold and just wandering whether to walk out with suds in my hair! The hairdresser had a few clients on the go so that could have been another reason. There was also a hard sell towards 'protein' products which when the staff explained why their protein product was so important it had a very shaky science around it. I could hear clients being pushed to buying or booking a time for a 'protein' wash. Friendly but unprofessional. Would not recommend - pay a bit more somewhere else for a better experience.
