Didn’t get Mary, had a man instead. Even though he bleached my roots twice they are still yellow (even when I bleach my hair myself at home it doesn’t look this bad). Asked for a natural blonde and my hair is basically white. Can’t even count how many times he had to tone it, was in there for four hours. I’ve been bleaching my hair myself in lockdown and have never had results as bad as this. To top it off my scalp is definitely burnt. Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend for a bleach.
