I tried this hairdressers for the first time going by the positive Treatwell reviews but should not have ignored the bad reviews I read. The warning sign was that the hairdresser didn't look at the haircut I came in with before washing it, then only asking afterwards how I wanted my hair cut so it was too late to see any of the layers, etc. She seemed disinterested in what she was doing, the salon was shabby, the towels were old and stained. My final haircut is terrible and uneven. Truly awful.

All of the staff were extremely welcoming. My first cut since the lockdown and I left feeling like a new person - I will be making this my regular spot!

I would give zero stars if possible. Worst hair cut and experience I’ve ever had. Not only did she ignore everything I said and left me with uneven layers. She kept saying my English was good despite telling her I was born in New Zealand. She kept trying to correct me and suggest I was indian, then proceeding to laugh. Worst experience ever.
