Whilst the atmosphere was great and Lauren is very good at chatting away and putting you at ease, I noticed some bruising, which I imagine is from the strips being pulled without holding the skin taut, and the worst thing is that my skin is red raw at one place, it's almost like the top layer of the skin is missing compared to the surrounding area. Trying to catch all the hair is great but going over the same spot over and over again is not ideal for such a sensitive area.
