Overall great experience, hairdresser made suggestions on what she thinks would be really good for my hair and it turned out beautifully. The only thing I would say is that she was quite rough in the pulling and styling of my hair which meant it wasn't the most relaxing experience.

£36 for a 5 minute appointment. Even if it’s a quick cut I think they should try to at least take a bit longer with it. The appointment length is 30 minutes. At least spend 15 minutes with the customer. In at 11 out by 11:05.
