I had my first appointment here with Callie and it was great! She was lovely and made me feel relaxed straight away. She also did a great job with my hair and I left with it looking the best it has in a very long time. I have mixed race hair which at times can be difficult to manage, but Callie knew exactly what she was doing. I couldn't be happier!

Finally, a salon who asked me what I was trying to achieve! the BG staff were amazingly friendly and after checking what I was after, convinced me to change my relaxer to a Brazilian Blowdry. My hair feels so much better than it normally does after straightening-here's hoping it lasts. Highly recommend! (Warning: the male hairdresser speaks next to no English but is happy to get one of the others to translate).

Chrissie, who washed and blow dried my hair was fantastic, we chatted away and I felt very comfortable.
The man that cut my hair however was the opposite, he did not speak a word of English and seemed not to hear anything I requested regarding my actual cut. He framed my hair around my face and gave me very short layers on top which I specifically asked him not to do.
