Was ok I did tell them I had wash my hair the night before because I took my wave out but clearly no one heard me so I ended up with my scalp on fire and loads of burns in my head. Maybe it's my fault for not knowing that I can't relax my hair clean but I still payed £35 for a wash and blow dry because I had to wash the relaxer out after 5mins. Then I got home and found two knots in my hair :( they where nice people but the fact there's a language barrier is how I ended up with burns all over my scalp. So now I'll have to go to another hair dress to sort out my hair costing me more money not happy one bit
The stylist was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The salon is clean, relaxing and I enjoyed my treatment. I was offered refreshments and magazines during my visit.
Despite doing a thorough 'Brazilian Blow Dry' on my hair, the end result wasn't as 'tame/straight' as I had expected. The stubborn curls near the front of my head weren't affected at all by the treatment, but the rest of my hair was glossy and more relaxed post-treatment, meaning I will still need to run through my hair with straighteners each morning, which I wanted to avoid altogether. Perhaps the products used weren't as effective on my thick hair; however I've had Brazilian blow drys in the past which have left my hair straighter than the treatment I received at this salon.

Great haircut as always. Friendly staff. This place is a firm favorite with me.
I arrived early and was greeted politely and shown where to sit. Just before I had arrived a family had entered. The hairdresser took her to the seat and cut her hair which led to my appointment beginning around 25 minutes late which was frustrating as I had an appointment and they can't have done. Also both members of staff and this family spoke in Spanish or Portuguese the entire time which felt slightly intimidating. A member of staff came to ask what I wanted done with my hair and she was friendly and helpful, but then left (I assume she told the hairdresser what I wanted as he didn't ask and did the correct thing).
Came away with a good haircut but got home late and didn't feel like the most relaxing environment.
