Great place. The haircut was good and the blow dry brilliant. The staff are really friendly and keen to offer advice. Recommended.
Cassie was very friendly and welcoming. She gave me different tips and advice concerning my hair, which brazilian blowdry to use, treatments etc. Will go again.

A bit of an unusual experience with a haircut as my hairdresser didn't speak English but Cassie did a good job of interpreting. He did a brilliant job and I will be returning.
Cassie, is an amazing person! It doesn't matter that Eric cannot speak English as he is an excellent Hairdresser. In my eyes the language barrier is irrelevant cant wait as I am booked in for a Brazilian blow-dry tomorrow!
The guy was translated what I wanted done to the hairdresser which is worrying. Then he decided he was going to cut my hair instead. He didn't listen to want I wanted cut wise and how I said certain parts of my hair curl than other parts. He kept saying he's a hairdresser so he knew best. My haircut is wonky, he grabbed large chunks of hair and cut it, instead of smaller sections. The front bits are shoulder length and back section is halfway down my back. That's his idea of blended layers. Basically he butchered my hair. I am having to clip up short bits at front, as it looks bad until it grows out some more. Blow dry was good, however only because I insisted that he couldn't just blow dry my hair straight with a hairdryer only, I have thick curly frizzy hair so he needs to finish them off with straightening irons, which I had to insist on quite a bit. Then he got stroppy and did it. I wouldn't go back.
