Wonderful experience! They new exactly what to do with my hair. Definitely recommend getting the Brazilian blow dry. And the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I had a Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment and it has made my hair a lot more manageable, and easier and quicker to style. I only had it three days ago so I can't say yet how long-lasting it will be and whether it will compare to others I've had previously, but for now I'm very happy with the results. The staff were friendly and offered drinks and magazines, and the time taken to complete the procedure was quicker than I expected.
I went here as it was one of the cheaper options in the area, but it really is a case of you get what you pay for. The man who cut my hair didn't speak any English, which made communication quite difficult - the receptionist did speak English and acted as an interpreter, but not being able to have a consultation from the person doing the cutting was quite awkward. It also took them nearly an hour and a half to cut my mid-length hair, and the cut I left with was not good (because I couldn't explain to the stylist how my hair naturally is and what approach works best). I will definitely not be going back. Although cheaper than the other options it was still way too expensive for the quality of the service.

Friendly and welcoming. Would of benefitted more from having a consultation before treatment due to language barriers as it was a very minimal cut and parts were missed.
I was okay but I was expecting better experince after reading all the reviews that's why I was a bit down after my appointment also I would say it's pricey.
