Staff were wonderful, very friendly, explained some different options to me during the consultation session, made sure I was happy with the cut at the end, etc. I'm really happy with the outcome and my hair feels lovely! My only gripe is that the shop looks a little bare, it certainly doesn't look as polished and professional as in the photo, but this is not important compared to the great staff and service.
Really friendly staff in a convenient location. I only wanted a quick trim which was done well and quickly which was great. Was made to feel really welcome and am pleased with the results, would go back if I was in the area!
I had formaldehayde free Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment and it was amazing. I have long and thick hair and many venues ask me to pay more (although I have already paid their price for long hair), which is very annoying, but I didn't hear anything but compliments here.
The product was very gentle and didn't cause any irritation on my scalp or eyes. Eric made sure that every strand ended up being smooth and straight. They also try their best to make you comfortable, offering tea and magazines every now and then, and the good thing is that you don't have to chat all the time, which is a bonus for a very long treatment! I will come back for this treatment again.

This was a great haircut experience- friendly staff who were very attentive, and my hair looks great. At every point I was asked about exactly how I wanted it to look and I am so happy with the result. I would definitely visit again.

Very pleasant staff. She guided and suggested what hairstyle would look better; and made sure we were extremely happy with the cut.
