Cassie was lovely and my hair looked great. She spent ages ensuring she got it just right and gave me a beautiful blow dry. There was a small amount of relaxer left in my hair but that was because my immense regrowth was difficult to balance with a sensitive scalp that doesn't like a comb on it.

Absolutely amazing experience! I had balayage and a haircut, really happy with the results - great natural colour and exactly what I wanted. Cassie was extremely knowledgeable and gave really good tips for improving hair quality and what a great personality she has - super friendly, intelligent and warm! Totally recommend
