I had my last treatment with Elisabete and she was amazing from start to finish. Unfortunately this time I had Renata who wasn't as attentive or as skilled, I usually get my treatment under the hairdryer but because someone was getting a Brazilian blow they had to keep me on the sink attempting to dry my hair with a hair dryer like that did anything to AT ALL.
During this time I wasn't informed this was going to happen Renata discussed this with a colleague and NOT me which would've been a courteous thing to do as I am a paying client. The hair drying process was frustrating as it wasn't done traditionally with a round brush and in sections, she just used a paddle brush and a hair dryer.
To top it off no serum used whilst my hair was wet as that is what is usually done to lock in moisture as I have naturally very curly hair. She burnt my scalp three times whilst straightening it, even though this wasn't my first time the price went up because my hair is "too curly". All in all this was my worst experience by far, which is disappointing as my treatment with Elisabete was phenomenal.
