The worst, most painful wax I have ever had in my life. The therapist barely spoke a word of English and gave me a Hollywood instead of Brazilian when I specifically asked for a Brazilian. It was the most demeaning and intrusive wax experience I have had. I will NOT be going back. Very disappointing.

My appointment date was changed twice due to overbooking by Treatwell. I don't mind it as I can be very flexible with availability though if you can't, make sure that check before booking. My experience overall was good, the waxing hasn't been rushed, the lady seemed very thorough checking for any remaining hair. I would probably book again.
