The management of the salon are amazingly kind and professional but sadly the manicurist simply isn't great. Manicure covered in fluff from cotton wool, had to re-paint three nails more than twice when she smudged them... Pedicure not very thorough - only a scrub used, no manual foot file for rough skin. It was cheap and unfortunately I got what I paid for. I had another issue but that was immediately resolved by the owner - despite it being 8pm. Amazing customer service (and great waxing) but not a great mani/pedi in an area overrun by amazing nail salons.

Great, friendly staff. Couldn't be more spot on with the people who work there. Haircut was fine for what I needed.
