Considering the reviews I was expecting a bit more. I was not expected, although I had booked, and had to wait almost 20 minutes. The technician did not speak English, and it is perfectly fine, but I should have been told before booking so I would have chosen differently. I could not explain to her what kind of treatment I wanted and what product she had to remove (I did not have shellac). Filing was done roughly and had to file again at home, plus shellac was poorly applied.

I've been getting this treatment for many years and this has got to be th best one so far! Hely was so meticulous and took her time in every step and the result was fantastic. I will definitely be going back.
