My hairdresser couldn’t speak English which made it very hard to communicate what I wanted. There seemed to be some discussion between a few hairdressers over my hair in their native language which they did not communicate to me. The overall experience took 4 hours - way longer than expected, especially as I only had highlights (no additional haircut). Finally the highlights were appalling; the front is streaky and does not start at the root. I wanted to lighten the top of my hair to reduce the look of dark roots. Instead I came out with white blonde tips and barely lightened roots - the exact opposite of what I went in for. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Not happy with the result of my waxing, left with very red skin and could still see some hair that hasn't been removed properly.
