I booked an appointment for 4:45 PM but arrived to find the staff ready to leave, claiming a system issue. Adam promised to do my hair another day for free, gave me his number, but later offered 9:30 PM as a time—which felt absurd. When I asked for another time, he never replied. I was left unable to get my hair done before the holidays, wasting my time on Christmas Eve. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
